With the help of family and friends owners Tony and Lisa Kostopoulos first opened the doors of The Good Table Restaurant on October 13th 1986. The first day out was a clear sign of what was to come. Un-advertised, it was a very busy sunday brunch. Every family member was working and most well wishing friends were quickly handed an apron or menu and put to work. Daughter Lisa sighed, "Thank God we're closed on Mondays." ( much to father Tonys dismay !) Over 20 years later we still work with family and friends by our side and are still closed on mondays.

Our true belief and motto has always been honest food , honest prices. While we have changed and grown in our offerings we have always maintained that if you are fair and true people will support you, and they have in many ways.

In August 2001 the restaurant burnt to the ground in the middle of the night. Standing in front of the fire it didn't take more then 5 minutes for Tony and Lisa to proclaim "of course we'll rebuild". The out pouring of love and good will from family, co-workers, friends and customers made the 7 month race to rebuild and re-open a welcome task. With the beautiful new building and new kitchen The Good Table was booming again.

In 2005 chef Ryan Weeks came to The Good Table as our second chef and in 2008 Ryan became our head chef. He brings with him a love of good food and wine, an excellent palette and a dedication to follow the simply rule of thumb at The Good Table, honest food and honest prices. With his great kitchen they will deliver fresh, honest and made from scratch food breakfast, lunch and dinner.
